13,000 Litre Water Tank With Dust Suppression Kit

Worldwide Plant Ltd is a specialist supplier of quality ex MOD and ex PLC plant machinery and vehicles, based in North Yorkshire, with customers across the globe.  Recently they produced a dust suppression unit for export to a customer in Africa fitted with an Enduratank 13,000 litre Horizontal Transport Tank. The tank was attached to a low mileage ex-Army Volvo FL12 6x6, 20’ bed, with a HIAB crane. 160 baffle balls were inserted into the tank to reduce sloshing and aid stability.

The tank is secured to a galvanised steel frame with an extended pump plate using 8 horizontal tank pins. The tank was supplied with a 455mm Stainless Steel hinged lid and rim together with all the necessary tubes, valves, breathers etc.

Enduraspray supplied the Dust Suppression Unit itself which is operated by a 3” Diesel engine pump - 1,060L/min (Kohler 4.7hp  engine) with a 3” spray bar fitted with 3 x 3” air actuated fan sprays on heavy-duty galvanised pipework. All sprays are fully adjustable and controlled via an Elsema remote control unit with keypad transmitter, electric/pneumatic solenoids, airline and stainless steel enclosure. A 50 metre 1” hose and reel completes the unit.
