Polymer storage tanks, these chemicals are commonly used to treat water and wastewater and there are several reasons why these substances require specialized storage:

• Separation of the liquid in the tank which can be affected by external temperature
• Settling issues leading to difficulty in pumping to treatment vessels
• Delivery of warmer liquid deliveries which can cause stresses on the tank

While polymers offer a versatile, cost-effective solution to water treatment, they often require bunding.

Polymer chemical tank options including liquid level sensor assemblies, fill pipes, fittings and modifications.  Inlets, outlets, PN16 and ANSI flanges, welded sockets and as well as fume proof lids, mixers and vents are options we can offer.

Chemical Storage Tanks and Bunds

Chemical Dosing Tanks available from 50 litres to 1500 litres.   Chemical tank bunds are larger than the volume of the chemical tank it is holding so they can contain the full contents of the tanks if it becomes comprised.  Each bund for the chemical tanks is designed to work with the volume of one of our dosing tanks.  The 172702 200 litre tank is designed to stand inside the 172702-Bund 220-litre bund tank which has a volume of 110% of the 200-litre dosing tank.

Larger Bunded Polymer Storage Tanks

Enduramaxx Bunded Chemical Storage Tanks for Admix, chemical storage, wastewater, de-icer, and fertiliser storage. Pipework and flange customisation are available to suit your project. These bunded acid tanks contain a minimum 110% volume of the inner tank. Simply put, a plastic bunded tank is a ‘tank within a tank’ which helps customers conform to current health and safety legislation.

Polymer Mixing Tanks

Enduramaxx Polymer Mixer Tanks are available capacities; 50, 100, 200,300, 500, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1500 litres – graduated chemical resistant MDPE tank available in natural or black.  These polymer mixers are mounted on the chemical dosing tanks, and chemical dosing cabinets and bunds are available in PE and PP.

Chemicals that are included within these require 1.5 SG or 2 SG rated tanks and can vary from manufacture to manufacture of a product.  Care should be taken the correct tank is specified.
