Chemical Dosing Skids
Chemical Dosing Skids are used for chemical dosing & water quality management systems applicable to both municipal & industrial water & wastewater treatment applications. These are generally supplied on skids ready for installation into projects. A selection of standard designs are available, but each package can be tailored for the individual client and/or site.
Chemicals that are commonly used, Aluminium Sulphate, Hydrated & Quick Lime, Sodium Bisulphite, Ferric Chloride, Mono Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Carbonate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide, Calcium Hydroxide, Ferric Sulphate, Sodium Hypochlorite, Calcium Nitrate, Hydrochloric Acid, Poly Aluminium Chloride and Sulphuric Acid.
These chemical dosing skids are available housed in standalone kiosks with a security-rating option.
Portable dosing systems are designed for standalone operations & to provide a metered chemical supply to a chosen point of application.
Instrumentation boards are available designed to allow clients to meet their regulatory requirements. Instrumentation monitoring can be integrated into existing chemical dosing & water quality management systems or can be part of a new optimised chemical treatment installation.
