Boat Water Tanks – baffled tanks are ideal for clean and wastewater transportation for boats, marine yachts, and narrowboats. Providing a supply of clean water on boats is essential as well as dirty water collection tanks. These water tanks have baffling in the tank and the baffles – which go through the tanks – stop the water sloshing from side to side during transport.

Can I store drinking water in these plastic tanks?

All our baffled tanks in blue, black and natural are suitable for potable drinking water storage. These are WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approved and DWI approved and meet the specific requirements of Regulation 31.

Can I get additional outlets on these water tanks?

These boat water tanks are fitted with BSP in standard locations; however, these are available without outlets or additional outlets as required. Multiple extra sockets can be added depending on what you require. These outlets are available in the following size; ½ inch BSP Female, ¾ inch BSP Female, 1 inch BSP Female, 1 ¼ inch BSP Female, 1 ½ inch BSP Female, 2 inch BSP Female, ¾ inch BSP Male, 1 inch BSP Male, 1 ½ inch BSP Male. How heavy will my water tank be?

How heavy the tank is will depend on the size of the water tank you chose, 1 litre of water is 1 kg, so consideration should be taken regarding suitable mounting and location of these tanks.

Customised Boat Water Tanks

Our baffled water tanks are manufactured from medium-density polyethene (MDPE) and are semi-translucent in natural, which is ideal for seeing the water level of your tank. Black and blue tanks are available from stock. Being used stabilised they are suitable to be mounted outside on trailers and not affected by the weather or direct sunlight.
