Bespoke / Fabricated Tanks
Our rectangular plastic tanks are adapted specifically to the specific requirements for indoor and outdoor installation. These tanks are manufactured in polyethene or polypropylene determined by the medium and the temperature of the liquids being stored and can be used where a moulded tank won’t fit.

Larval Production & Oyster Rearing Tanks
Shellfish farming is a significant and growing aquaculture in many parts of the world. This low-impact, sustainable industry producing a range of different products for the UK market and abroad. A majority of shellfish production is mainly centred on mussels but also includes oysters and scallops. In shellfish farming, a critical requirement is a need for pristine clean water in which to grow wholesome shellfish.

Larval Settlement Tanks
Larval Settlement Tanks are used to induce larval settlement as oysters undergo a metamorphosis at the end of the larval period when they change from swimming larvae to attached to a form of substrate. Once attached, they are referred to as spat and they lose their ability to swim or to move away from conditions unsuitable for their growth and survival.
These Larval Settlement Tanks are available with options including liquid level sensor assemblies and fill pipes. Other fittings and modifications include inlets, outlets, PN16 and ANSI flanges, welded sockets.

Fresh Water Tanks
our plastic aquaculture tank range includes WRAS Potable Drinking Water Tanks or vertical water storage tanks, come in a choice of 51 sizes ranging from 150 litres to 90,000 litres. These plastic water tanks are constructed from food-grade polyethene ensuring durability and are finished with a smooth interior to protect against bacteria growth and allow easy cleaning. Our potable water storage tanks are rotationally moulded for many years of use.
In some instances, these plastic water tanks will have to be Fluid Category 5 to comply with the requirements of installation and use of cold water storage cisterns and sectional tanks connected to the public water supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. Enduramaxx cone bottom tanks provide a unique solution with choices of a 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60-degree cone. This cone angle ensures maximum performance, with even the most vicious liquids not building up inside the tank. Water Management & Fish Health
The main challenge of water management is keeping water consumption low, but without falling below an adequate level of water quality. The water quality must be good enough to make sure that your stock is healthy, and your fish grow continuously. Water, as an important resource, needs to be handled with care. Excessive use of water will lead to high operating costs. Whilst ponds tend to lose water through seepage, recirculation systems require good filtration and aeration techniques as well as well-thought-out flow regimes. In general, the amount of water needed depends on the fish species and on the stock density.
Clarifier / Clarification Tanks
Clarifier / Clarification Tanks are used as continuous flow removal of suspended solids or solid particles from dirty water. These plastic conical clarification tanks are available in a range of sizes. Primary (mechanical) treatment/Clarification is designed to remove gross, suspended and floating solids from raw sewage. It includes screening or a weir to trap solid objects and sedimentation by gravity to remove suspended solids. This level is sometimes referred to as “mechanical treatment“, although chemicals see Enduramaxx chemical dosing tanks are often used to accelerate the sedimentation process.
