Are you having product separation challenges in your application or process? These are key quality control issues for many plant managers in the chemical mixing and solutions markets. Mixers are rarely singled out as the source of the problem due to the inability to see into the tank.
At Enduramaxx we take a controlled scientific approach to mixer design and are prepared to stand by the results based on the initial mixer configuration. With this, we optimise the quality control in your batch or process mixing by taking the variables out and one which is often overlooked. Process machinery such as mixers needs to work within the parameters of time, quality and moment and achieve uniformity within a set time.
There are two main types of mixing applications: Blending and Solid Suspension. Blending is the mixing of two miscible materials to make a uniform solution whereas Solid suspension is suspending solid particles uniformly in the fluid. In both situations, the main goal is to attain product uniformity.
Blending Time to complete mixing can be controlled by understanding torque and pumping. A mixer is a pump and when you can look at it in this way you begin to understand the controls and approaches, we take to design and configure our mixers. At Endurmaaxxwe consider the optimum mixing Pumping & Flow (intensity) needed during the axial flow, given various parameters: superficial velocity, angular velocity and the specific gravity of the fluid and solid if applicable.

Enduramaxx engineers are trained in the science of mixing, so are you having product separation challenges in your application or process? Call us today to get the best configuration for your application and mixing tanks we manufacture please get in touch.
