Companies across the company fall foul to foul water disposal. Recently, a number of farming businesses have been fined for not disposing of effluent and dirty water correctly and a solution to this problem is the incorporation of dedicated storage tanks, or holding tanks, which keep their contents safe until the correct disposal processes can be put into place.
As reported by Farmers Weekly, Natural Resources Wales (NRW) had to deal with two major slurry pollution incidents and a serious diesel spill and the organisation is urging farmers to ensure that they are storing silage, slurry and diesel appropriately. After all, prevention is much better than cure.
Of course, the processing and storage of effluent and dirty water is not just specific to farming and applies to a number of industries. Whichever industry you operate in, it is imperative that effluent and dirty water is kept secure from spillage and leakage and large Enduramaxx storage tanks are ideal for the purpose. Enduramaxx storage tanks are made using a single piece of rotationally moulded UV-stabilised polyethylene. This tough design means that your holding tank will store contents safely and securely.
For organisations processing effluent and dirty water, the usage of rainwater is ideal, rather than using increasingly expensive mains water. Enduramaxx supplies a range of rainwater harvesting tanks in sizes right up to 30,000 litres, made to the same specifications as our rugged storage tanks.
